Snead’s Farm will open for farm stand sales and visits on Saturday, April 24. We will stay open daily from this date through the growing season. Hours are 9-6 daily. Farm admission for visits is $5 per person over 2 years old. There is no admission charge if you are just shopping at the stand.
Emmett reports as of Wednesday, April 21, that the asparagus is “exploding” in the fields. Come out to buy this spring delicacy while it lasts. You can also buy strawberries from Agriberry in Hanover County, as well as farm-fresh eggs.
Coming soon: Snead’s Farm honey made by our resident honeybees (We’re just waiting on the jars).

Dogs on leash are welcome on the farm.
