Kitchen Ideas

• Raw asparagus salad with walnuts and parmesan (the recipe links out to some other great asparagus recipes).
• Feta, green onion and asparagus frittata – I made this last week and your spring onions work nicely in here. This week I’d probably throw some chopped kale into the recipe.
• Mashed turnips are a nice alternative to mashed potatoes, or you could roast them for an easy side.
• Here are two great things to top your spring greens:
  • Ina Garten’s vinaigrette
  • A perfect poached egg
