Kitchen Ideas

  • Your red candy onions will make this cucumber tomato salad pop.
  • I’ve been making frittatas almost every week to use our CSA eggs. A cast-iron skillet works great with this. Here’s a recipe that will use some of your summer squash. If you don’t have sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, half & half, or ricotta can substitute. Placing a few tomato slices on top before you put it in the oven can add some nice flavor.
  • If your basil’s not in yet, you can make broccoli pesto.
