2024 Fall Festival

Unlimited hayrides every day!

The Snead’s Farm 2024 Fall Festival runs from Sept. 28 through Oct. 31. Make plans to join us to explore the farm and pick our giant, heirloom pumpkins at some of the best prices around! We are open daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is always free for children 2 years and younger. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Dogs on leash are welcome.

**Please note that while the farm stays open until 6 p.m., we will stop admitting new guests at 5 p.m. We do not sell online tickets in advance. All visitors will pay admission at the gate as you drive into the farm.**

We have not raised our pumpkin prices since last year. You can pick your own “very large” pumpkin from the large fields for $8. Our smaller pumpkins  are $4 apiece. We also have “jumbo” pumpkins available for $12. Please note that admission does not include the price of pumpkins. Pumpkins are priced by size–not based on the field they came from, but signs around the farm will give you a general idea of what size pumpkins are in which fields.

Fall Festival Admission

  • Weekdays (except for Military Day, Oct. 14) – $10 per person – On these days, we will have unlimited hayrides. Outside food is welcome on weekdays.
  • Weekends and Military Day, Oct. 14 – $17 per person – On these days, we will have unlimited hayrides, as well as a wide selection of food vendors. No outside food or drink allowed on weekends.

What can we do at the farm?

In addition to unlimited hayrides between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., admission includes access to all of our play areas, including four mountain slides, Whispering Pines play forest, sand pile, llamas, horses and other animals to see, creekside play, trails, hay barn and more. Our sunflower fields will be in bloom (pick your own for $1 per stem). Our unlimited hayrides are a scenic tour of the farm.

Do you offer group rates?

Snead’s Farm is available on weekdays for self-guided school field trips. Our “Learning Shed” offers a place for teachers to talk with students about the pumpkin life cycle. Our rate for field trips is $12 per person (this applies to students, chaperones and teachers). This price includes one pumpkin from our small-size pumpkin patch for each entry. To schedule, please call 540-371-9328. **Please note that we will not be able to accommodate school groups on Mondays, and on Oct. 2.**

Do you offer a military discount?

Monday, Oct. 14, will be Military Day at the Snead’s Farm Fall Festival. On this day, we will have all of our vendors and weekend activities going on. General admission will be $17, but all current and retired members of the military and their families will get in for $8. This has been a very fun tradition in years past and we look forward to seeing our military families again this year!
