This Saturday, May 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Pälzer Mädel will be here at the farm selling jams, jellies and chutneys made from scratch with ingredients from Snead’s Farm or Braehead Farm. These include:
Peach Jam
Plum Jam
Strawberry Jam
Raspberry Jam
Apple-Pumpkin Jam
Blackberry Jam (limited quantities)
Pepper Jelly
Peach Chutney
Pumpkin Chutney
Plum Chutney
Apple Butter (ingredients not from Snead’s or Braehead)
Peach Butter
If you’ve been a member of our CSA in the past, you have received many of these varieties in your box. Due to the shortage of canning supplies this year (and a general preference to recycle), the owner asks that anyone with 4oz or 8oz Kerr or Ball jars from previous Pälzer Mädel products please return them to the farm if you are able. This will keep the delicious jams coming!
Also available at the stand now and through the weekend:

Snead’s Farm is open daily, 9-6. Entry is $5 per person over 2 years old. We take cash, check and all major credit cards. Dogs on leash are welcome, and our mountain slides are on the hills and ready for you.
