Cooking Ideas

Note: Salad turnips are more tender than normal turnips, and can be eaten raw or sauteed/roasted. Simply sauteed salad turnips would be a great topper for your seasonal greens with a light vinaigrette and your other favorite salad toppings. The turnip greens are also edible, either raw or cooked. Separate the turnips from the greens as soon as you get home and store separately for longer life.
